The creative industry needs to do better.
So, we’re joining a collective of organisations dedicated to the future of London’s workforce, committed to fair pay and inclusive working cultures.
As part of the Government’s Kickstart scheme, and in partnership with Create Jobs, we’ve created 3 high quality 6-month work placements. The placements are aimed specifically at those aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit.
Our aim is to improve diversity and offer young people an opportunity to learn, grow and gain experience within the creative industry. So, if you, or someone you know, is interested in joining our team… keep reading! We have 3 fantastic roles available; Studio Intern, Junior Artworker and Junior Copywriter.
The Kickstart scheme provides funding to create new jobs for 16 to 24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. To support our journey, we’ve partnered with Create Jobs, one of London’s leading employability programmes and a certified Kickstart gateway.
Through Create Jobs, each Kickstarter will receive an enhanced experience. This includes induction, training, workshops and careers coaching, as a part of a network of young Londoners. They’ll also become part of the Create Jobs Community, accessing exclusive events, training, and mentoring opportunities.
This role is a great opportunity to gain a broad understanding of how each area of the agency works. Across the 6 months, you’ll support various teams across production, creative, account management and commercial. With this experience under your belt, we’ll work closely with you to find your future in the creative industry.
The Junior Copywriter will deliver engaging, exciting written copy for different audiences across different channels. From TikTok to video to the posters on the back of a bus. So, you’ll need to love language and creative writing, understand how to experiment with a brand’s tone of voice, and have a keen interest in advertising and marketing.
We’re looking for a Junior Artworker / Designer who’s hungry to develop their creative skills in a small, purpose-led creative agency. The Junior Artworker will work closely with a Junior Copywriter to generate brilliant concepts, taking ideas from brainstorming sessions right through to execution.
