The role – summary

We’re looking for a strategically-minded Account Manager to help us manage our growing roster of exciting clients. Day to day tasks will include hands-on project managing of live campaigns, interacting with clients (both virtually and in person) and managing responses to incoming briefs.

It’s the perfect role for someone who has a talent and passion for building long-term, strategic relationships, achieving success for clients and spotting opportunities to grow accounts through creative thinking, research and insight.

The role will report into our Account Director, but offers a fantastic opportunity for autonomy and self-direction. It’s a great time to join our team as we continue into year 2 of an ambitious 4-year growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Leading on a number of existing, active client accounts.
  • Top level project management of pitches and live projects, including: scheduling, budgeting, scoping.
  • Contributing to our overarching Client Services strategy.
  • Meeting with new and existing clients in order to learn more about their goals, challenges and aspirations (with support from the senior team).
  • Helping us develop and evolve our product and service offerings in response to client needs.
  • In collaboration with our Marketing Director, researching and writing thought and opinion pieces for social media 
  • Working closely with our Account and Marketing team to engage existing clients to attend Relay, our knowledge-sharing series.

Experience / requirements

  • 3+ years experience in account management or similar client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Commercially-minded and self-starter
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a bonus

Location: Holborn, London (currently hybrid working, ability to work from our central London office 1-2 times per week is essential).
Contract: Full time
Commences: July/August 2022
Salary: £32k + annual bonus scheme
