The role – summary

We’re looking for an Associate Producer to join our award-winning team.

In a nutshell, who are we looking for?

This role is ideal for someone with a few years’ professional experience behind them and is wanting to kick start their career in a purpose-led creative agency.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, hard working and thrives on working in a team. Ideally you’ll be comfortable working across the production process – from conception through to planning and pre-production through to shooting and execution and then into post-production and delivery.

The role sits within our in-house delivery team, so you’d work closely with our talented Creative Producers and Project Manager. You’d also work closely with our creative and strategy team to help us develop creative concepts and contribute to presentations and pitches.

But don’t worry! We’re not expecting you to know everything already. We’re keen to help an ambitious producer kick start their career, so this is a great opportunity for you to learn from our brilliant team and build your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting and leading projects from initial concepts to production and delivery.
  • Working closely with our creative and production teams to support larger productions; for example: researching, arranging shoot locations, casting, creating call sheets, organising equipment, supporting on-set, managing freelancers etc.
  • Helping create and manage budgets and timelines
  • Being a key point of contact for client / partner teams throughout the process

Experience / requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping key stakeholders informed and up to date. Great organisational skills are essential.
  • Commitment to, and passion for, creating high quality and effective content.
  • Keen awareness and insatiable appetite for keeping up to date with industry trends and bringing new ideas to the table.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and happy to work independently but also a good team player
  • Diplomatic, positive and calm with the ability to manage pressure and deal with conflicting demands
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years in an agency or similar environment with relevant experience
  • Ability to edit on Adobe Premiere a bonus but not essential

Need to know

Location: Currently remote working, although we’re likely to shift to 2-3 office days per month so a close proximity to London (or the ability to travel in on those days) is preferred.
Contract: Full time
Salary: c. £30k pa
Commences: August 2021
