Raw London is on the hunt for for an organised, determined and tenacious project manager to join our team.

This person will sit at the heart of the agency – helping us deliver every project on time and within budget and scope, keeping our clients and team happy and on track, managing the studio and helping out on new business and marketing projects.

The role requires high levels of organisation and collaboration, autonomy, multitasking and forward thinking.

The role would suit someone with a minimum of 2-3 years professional experience in a similar or comparable position. But a great personality and a willingness to learn, be nice, do good work and succeed are the most important traits.

It’s a really exciting time for the agency and our close-knit team – we’ve won 17 international awards in the past 12 months and have jumped 21 places to 15th in Televisual’s Top-50 ranking of UK content producers. We’re a small agency, but we think big and deliver world-class content and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinating internal and external resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives with the in-house production team, ensuring technical and practical feasibility
  • Developing a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Managing resource availability and allocation
  • Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties
  • Measuring and reporting on project performance
  • Managing the day-to-day running and maintenance of our studio facility
  • Assisting with new business and marketing projects

Requirements

  • 2-3 years (minimum) professional experience in a project administrator / coordinator / management role
  • Experienced and confident in building relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties
  • Proficiency in Google Drive (ideally Team Drive) and cloud apps essential
  • Organised and systematic approach to work
  • Experience of project management and systems an advantage (Gantts, Agile, Scrum, Lean etc.)
  • Experience in the Third Sector and/or production an advantage but not essential.

Salary

Circa. £28-30k depending on experience
