Centralway Numbrs is a challenger fin-tech brand based in Switzerland. Their innovative banking app helps global, high-earning customers with personal financial planning, including aggregating account and credit card information and facilitating mobile banking.
We partnered with their marketing team to raise brand awareness and increase product adoption in a competitive marketplace. A series of live action TV adverts highlight key product features – including simplicity, visibility and control of personal finances. The style is high-end, light and positive, portraying an aspirational vision of a modern city lifestyle.
As the app is designed for high earning customers, the product advertising content needed to reflect the brand and feel aspirational to the audience. As a result, the films portray a high-end, light and positive vision of a modern city lifestyle.
To support the hero adverts, we also produced multiple videos across different stages of the customer journey. This enabled us to break down key product features based on specific purchase needs or barriers. For example, our SecuritySpot animations explain the high level security features of the Centralway ecosystem.
The campaign aired on TV in multiple territories, with optimised supporting content promoted online. In total it reached more than 8.7m people and Numbrs saw a surge in app downloads.
