Speakers from Greenpeace, Diabetes UK, MS Society and Canal & River Trust joined our latest Relay event, How charity campaigns are more integrated than ever, on Thursday 12 September 2019. They shared how they had developed collaborative objectives across teams and what they did to ensure all marketing methods worked together to put the audience and message first. For the first time ever, we also ran a panel Q&A which gave the audience a chance to ask questions directly to each speaker.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and especially to our speakers – these events really wouldn’t be possible without them! You can read more about each session using the links below.

How Greenpeace is using Instant Messenger to integrate campaigning and fundraising.
Gráinne Callan, Head of Supporter Recruitment at Greenpeace, shared a different take on integration, showing how messenger apps are helping Greenpeace convert new and previously unreachable supporters into regular donors every week. She explained that many potential supporters tend to not answer their phones or open emails, leading to a lot of Greenpeace’s donor asks going amiss. This lead a new approach, with Gráinne believing that Greenpeace are the first charity to take this leap. Read a summary of Gráinne’s session.
